Thursday 14 March three professional organisations: Association for Professional Tourism (AToP), Group of Hotels and Restaurants of France (GHR) and Union of Hospitality and Industry (UMIH) they filed appeal for abuse of power against the Minister of Economy before the State Council.
After the action, which has already been started by several MPs, the three organizations condemn in a press release “The government’s decision to maintain favorable tax conditions for short-term rentals of furnished furniture.”
Communist senator Ian Brossat and environmentalist Julien Bayou also announced an appeal to the Council of State.
