Departure of historical elements
Flagship host of “Secret Story” until 2014, Benjamin Castaldi gave up his place on the way to Christophe Beaugrand. The guest who appeared on “Touche pas à mon poste” apparently expressed his opinion on the return of his ex-child. A clear view that leaves little room for optimism. “We have gathered here to pay our last respects to ‘The Secret Story,'” he begins Twitter. “Today we mourn the loss of its historic voice and its historic host, key elements that gave life and soul to this adventure. The mysterious voice that guided the candidates and the audience through trials and revelations was more than simple narration; it was the beating heart of the house, the echo of our own thoughts and curiosities.’
Benjamin Castaldi looks back on his relationship with Flavie Flament: ‘We were the Brad and Angelina of the era’
“As for the host who was able to revive this show, he wasn’t not a simple moderator, but a true master of ceremonies who manages intrigue and emotion with passion,” he continues. “He warmly welcomed participants and was able to create a unique bond with the public that makes each season memorable. The loss of these historical elements is a great loss for the show.”
Will Benjamin Castaldi be in front of his television this Tuesday night? We highly doubt it. However, he retains wonderful memories of his adventure: “The spirit of ‘The Secret Story’ remains alive in the memories of those who experienced this adventure, whether in front of the screen or behind the door of the house of mystery. As a witness of trust and revelation, “The Secret Story” will remain etched in us collective memory as a symbol of mystery and self-discovery. (…) Rest in peace, dear “Secret Story”.
