Patrick (Beijing Express) reveals the secret to his Olympic form
After a sand marathon, numerous forays and a trip to Kathmandu, Nepal, the pensioner wanted to take on a new challenge by participating in an adventure game hosted by Stéphane Rotenberg. Patrick even tells us the secret to his Olympic form. “I train every morning from 9:00 to 11:00. I run, do gymnastics and weight training, so I was physically ready.”
