Lalouber. Calandreta School: doors open on Saturday, March 23

The school La Calandreta deu pais tarbés, located in the town of Laloubère, aims to teach in Occitan and French in order to train children who at the end of the basic cycle have a perfect command of both languages. It is the National Education Program, which is applied by school teachers and schoolchildren follow it.

The Calandreta School opened its doors at the beginning of the school year 1993. It currently accommodates 70 calandreta from TPS (very small section) to CM2 pitch (medium course 2).

Teachers and staff will open the school doors on Saturday, March 23 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; address: 1 rue des Pyrénées 65310 Laloubère (towards the airport).

This day will be an opportunity to introduce the school, the teachers and present the Calandreta project and its innovative pedagogy to interested families, enroll their child in the Calandreta school.
