Option 1: Top chef

This week is dedicated entirely to technique, as all the tests that await the candidates have been imagined by the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France. Candidates begin with culinary challenges judged by Gilles Goujon, MOF and 3-star chef, as well as Tom Meyer, the youngest MOF.
